Subscription & Licensing Information
Membership — $99/year
The membership gets you into the library. Browse every ad, use them in client presentations, and pitch them as examples of what good out-of-home creative looks like. That's what the $99 covers.
Membership renews automatically every year. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date.
When a client wants to run one, that's when you license it. The license cost is yours to handle however you want. Pass it through, mark it up, roll it into your proposal. That's your business, not ours.
Standard License — $499
One ad, one size
Logo placement, adjusted for legibility at scale

Delivered as a print-ready or display-ready flat file (PDF or JPG) within 3 business days of receiving final logo files and approved copy
Your license is good for one year from the date the final file is delivered.
Not included: additional sizes, structural layout changes, font changes, additional contact information, or extra revision rounds.
Expanded License — $999
One ad, up to three sizes
Logo placement, adjusted for legibility across all sizes
Color and font adjustments to match brand standards — unless those elements are doing real work in the ad
Image replacement within reason (see note below)
One point of contact added if needed
Two rounds of revisions
Delivered as print-ready or display-ready flat files (PDF or JPG) within 3 business days of receiving final logo files and approved copy
Your license is good for one year from the date the final file is delivered.
Not included: structural layout changes, new creative concepts, or additional contact information beyond the one allowed.
Additional revisions
Extra rounds are $249 per round. We'll tell you before we start.
Turnaround time
The 3 business day clock starts when we have everything we need — final logo files, approved copy, and any images. Incomplete or low-resolution assets will delay delivery. We'll let you know as soon as something's missing.
Approval
Delivered files are considered final and approved if no revision request is submitted within 3 business days of delivery. After that window, any changes are subject to the additional revision rate of $249 per round.
Refunds
Licenses are non-refundable once production begins. If we can't deliver what you need or what you're asking for won't work, we'll refund 80%. We'll always tell you before we hit a wall.
Geographic Competition
We make every effort to ensure the same ad isn't running for similar advertisers in the same market. If we identify a conflict, we'll reach out before production begins. If we can't find a workable alternative from the library, you'll receive a full refund.
A note on images
Some ads in the library include product photography. When possible, we can swap in the advertiser's actual product — a dish, a vehicle, a person — in place of what's already there. If you're providing an image, it needs to be high resolution and match the angle and placement of the original as closely as possible. We're not compositing a new photo shoot.
If you don't have a usable image, we can look for a stock alternative that fits. We can also use AI tools to clean up or professionalize an image that's close but not quite there. We'll tell you what's realistic before we start.
Image replacement is included in the Expanded License within reason. If it becomes a production in itself, we'll let you know.
A note on logos
When we swap in a client's logo, we're not just dropping a file into a blank space. Billboards are read at 60 miles an hour. What looks fine on a business card can disappear on a board.
So we use judgment. We might adjust the size. We might remove elements that cause legibility issues — small text, fine details, things that turn to noise at scale. We might reformat it from vertical to horizontal or vice versa. We're not redesigning the brand. We're making sure people can actually see it.
If a logo has a dark version, a light version, or a knockout, tell us and we'll use it. If it doesn't, we'll make it work anyway.
What we won't do is blow up the ad trying to honor brand guidelines written for a website. The goal is a billboard that works. That's what you paid for.
By submitting a logo for use, you confirm you have the rights to use it and the authority to approve its application. Any revisions outside the scope of the license are billed separately.
A note on intellectual property
Every ad in this library is original creative owned by Up To Something. The membership gives you the right to use it in pitches. The license gives you the right to run it. That's it.
Recreating our ads without a license isn't a gray area. It's infringement, and we take it seriously. If you're the kind of person who screenshots someone else's work and hands it to a designer to copy, we hope you get the runs in traffic.
We're also nice people. If you want better creative on the street and the library doesn't have exactly what you need, talk to us. That's what we do.
If you're ever unsure what's covered under your license, just ask. We'd rather have that conversation than the other one.
